[Feature request] Shortcut to jump between messages in conversations

It would be nice if there were an option to quickly "hop" from message to message (e.g. and up arrow and a down arrow to the side or something). I've noticed that sometimes the output is super long (or input - e.g. feeding it a long python file to summarize) and it can take some time for me to scroll through all of it to find the next message up or down.

This could also be done with keyboard shortcuts (either j/k or up/down arrow keys).
