Add plugin support

I hope You could add support for Plugins like oasst already does in their own chat interface. That way we could use also other models with plugins

Hi Logan, we're going to integrate with a ReAct agent that calls other Hugging Face models to do all sorts of tasks (see this PR). Initially it will be from a list of curated models and tools (like the websearch) that we choose, but we may open it up to users later.
