Conversation data & metrics/logging changes

A quick glance at the changes introduced in #1085 has me under the impression that conversation data is now being processed in a way that is not conformant to the current privacy policy.

For example the full request data is now being logged in the HandleServerError hook, which I assume has the potential of leaking conversation data that is said to be private.

Of course this is just a quick observation I made without diving all too deep into these changes, but I wanted to give you a quick heads up before you end up with piles of log entries containing data you claim not to have :wink:
