Not able to choose answer in the questions

We are not able to choose and answer (no button in the questions?

Can we tweak the success message to something else, like "You got it right!", from "You got all the answers!". The current wording might sound like the user has completed everything, which could be a bit misleading in this context. Updating it would help make the feedback clearer and avoid any confusion. See the image

@sergiopaniego I’d be happy to make the change, but I wasn’t able to locate the file responsible. I initially thought it was part of the backend infrastructure, which I understand isn't open source—please correct me if I’m mistaken.
