agents-course [UPDATE] Translate into Chinese

Hi, thank you for providing such a great course. I am interested in translating it into Chinese so that more Chinese developers can learn from it. Is there a specific translation guide I need to follow? If I can do the translation work, please assigne this issue to me, thank you.

Hey, I would like to join as well! I think it's better to have two poeple work on it so that one of us can do the review job.

I've been advertising this course on Chinese social apps since I became aware of it, and I have also organized a small Chinese community of dozens of people to study together.

Hey Shawn, sounds good! I was thinking about working in your repo and maybe you could add me as a collaborator? We could merge our PRs first and then have a single PR merged to huggingface repo. Please let me what you think would be the best way to collaborate :)
