what is the meaning of P(w,h)-1 part? why are you subtracting 1?

@abeyang00 Hi,do you know what is the x(w,h)?I mean which layer's output is x(w,h). It seems no layer's output meet with the dimension (W,H) in x(w,h). Thanks.
