Not working on Windows XP

Hello. Configured ciadpi launch via cygwin on Windows XP. Keys --fake, --ttl do not work. ciadpi --fake -1 --ttl 8 ciadpi: unknow option --fake Tell me how to fix this or are there any similar options?
