Config file shouldn't be a .py file + review syntax

Originally I chose .py in order to have a better markup in a text editor. We need to check if we can store it in a plain text extension (.csv, .txt) I also think it's hard to use for users who don't code.

Plist is used a lot to store config or preference data.
