Problem with running with newer packages

I get an error: /usr/lib/ruby/2.1.0/rubygems/dependency.rb:298:in to_specs': Could not find 'commander' (= 4.1.5) - did find: [commander-4.2.0] (Gem::LoadError)`

I am running under Arch Linux (downloaded newest commander as a dependency). Is it possible to fix this for newer dependency versions?
