Doesn't appear to work with rocket.chat

It seems as if hubot-tell isn't compatible with rocket.chat. Is there any way of addressing this? Thanks!

I don't know rocket.chat and I don't really have the time to learn about its hubot layer, so unless you can figure out what rocket.chat does differently from other hubot clients, I fear I won't be able to help you there. (It might be similar to what was addressed in #2 for Hipchat)
