Pager schedules returns only the first 100 schedules

Hello, whenever I try to get the list of all schedules by running "pager schedule" I only get the first 100 (in 3 messages total: message#1&2 = 48 entries each, message#3 = 4 entries). However, we have more than 100 schedules, ca. 150, so not all of them are displayed.

So, I'm going to guess this stems from the underlying library not fully implementing API pagination. #43 has some discussion on that topic. /cc @technicalpickles
