'Send amount' field doesn't react when switching between assets with different precision

No error is thrown, sending animation continues forever

To replicate

1. Enter a small amount of ETH to send (0.00000000000000001)
2. Switch asset to send to one that doesn't support that many decimals (eg TRX)
3. Hit send
