What version of self-hosted are you coming from? We did not face this issue ourselves, so am wondering.

We don't officially support helm charts deployments of self-hosted Sentry.

We would highly recommend you to run install.sh on Server2 to make sure the config changes are picked up. I would suspect the address is saved somewhere in postgres but...

@lcsvcn which integration are you trying to install? Is it discord or github?
