we should use the existing release capability instead of independent repository. it is fine to manage the last version code and binary for each kind language of sdk. but some kind of repository will not work. let me take golang as an example, generally, the programmers will use package dependency tool (e.g. govendor) to add sdk code into their factory, if we do not manage version by github, there is no way to get the right version.

so, please remove all the content into each sdk repository, and use the release capability of github directly.
