Documentation - Need to fix reference to "top left" icon adding new tab ("2nd from left" now)

This is a documentation issue. In the HowTo section on Multiple Connections the user it told to click the "top left" icon in the menubar to add a new tab. The "top left" icon is now the little icon with a triangle over it that takes you back to your server list -- not the square icon (now "2nd from left") that allows for new tab addition.

Minor issue, but it was confusing since the HowTo does not describe what the icon looks like. Following the HowTo exactly and pressing the "top left" icon a couple of times didn't provide a new tab, but confusingly gave the impression that opening another session would. (which it won't).

Just a short update to the HowTo amending to read "press the square menu bar icon, second from the left" would be fine. Just something to distinguish between the triangle shape icon that is "top left" and then square "new tab" icon that is now "second from the left".

Keep up the great work. Interface just keeps getting better.
