Problema para baixar a lib

O maven não encontra a lib Failed to resolve: com.huangyz0918:androidwm-light:0.1.2

This is the link to download the aar file https://mirrors.huaweicloud.com/repository/maven/com/huangyz0918/androidwm-light/0.1.2/ Download the androidwm-light-0.1.2.aar file And add it in the lib folder and write the below dependency implementation files('libs/androidwm-light-0.1.2.aar')
