What's needed is a summary of changes from 6265, not for draft-by-draft. And that needs to stay in the spec upon publication.

Is there a rule of thumb for which changes should be included?

"Major" changes? Any normative changes? Something in between?

Also, do you know of any existing RFCs that are a good example?
