[Bug]: Streamed Responses (media type text/event-stream) should not be fully awaited

What happened?

When calling an http request, that returns media type text/event-stream the full answer is awaited for in the desktop version and only shown after the stream ends. This is also different from http(ie) CLI, where chunks are displayed immediately, when they arrive.

Steps to reproduce?

1. Call any streaming endpoint - (e.g. an OpenAI's API stream endpoint).
2. Transaction spinner spins until full stream is received - only then the full response is displayed - not revealing the chunk borders...

What did you expect to happen?

I expect stream chunks displayed in response window as soon as they arrive, as most browsers and http CLI does for stream responses. Better even, if that would be customizable.
