add arm64 binary to the build workflow

i use termux on the go when i dont have access to my laptop, but unfortunately the arm64 binary doesn't included in GitHub build workflow I would appreciate anyone can add it to Linux build work flow Note: I already install httpie via pip And also build it from the repo but my work flow does not include python and I don't want to install python everytime to build httpie it will be more convenient to just download the download the build binary via Official script
