ICS version triggers TTS Engine

Hi, Just to let you know that the new ICS version 1.1.15 somehow triggers the Google Text-to-speech Engine (com.google.android.tts) when activated on a Samsung S3 Mini (4.1.2 Stock Rom) so that there is a voice comment even when scrolling through the Samsung stock launcher. Cheers!

Perhaps you've enabled some advanced accessibility help in the OS.

I've just checked and there is nothing enabled in the accessibility settings. Maybe it's a Samsung/Touchwiz related issue?

Try to find TalkBack settings in the system and disable it
