Oops, didn't notice that there are already a couple of similar PRs.

Compared to the others, this one also upgrades deadpool. It required some code changes, but nothing really major.

@Fishrock123 what needs to be done to incorporate these updates? isahc is way behind and we believe we're seeing some http2 errors because of it. also, these versions should be bumped again since it's been 18 months. isahc is on version 1.7 now, for instance.
