Hyper 0.14 support

I was trying to use surf on tokio 1.0 executor. It seems the tokio library family needs to be upgraded to 1.0, including hyper 0.14 for this library.

I think this is probably a breaking change. We'll be doing major releases Soon-ish(tm) but not quite yet. You may have to patch this yourself in the mean time...
