Mouse movement is not smooth on a 144hz display.

When the mouse is moved on a windows client, the cursor is not as smooth as it is when plugged in directly or moved via barrier/synergy.

i cannot reproduce this. report rate with a Logitech MX Master 3 over bluetooth+RKVM is 90hz, and my laptop's (rkvm-server) touchpad reaches 150hz. the display is 144hz, running X+lightdm+i3wm, and is mixed refresh rate with a 60hz secondary.
