possible working metube config for traefik on portainer

I have noticed that https://github.com/htpcBeginner/docker-traefik/issues/264, but the config does not work for me. So I have attached multiple screenshots below, hoping that it would help someone who uses portainer. But I think the config works without portainer.

I do not use stripprefix here, thus, I need to set URL_PREFIX as according to https://github.com/alexta69/metube#configuration-via-environment-variables

Here is my config with metube work in subdirectory: (By visit https://<ip or domain>/metube/)

But I prefer to use yt-dlp directly in the terminal.
