Support to negate a filter (regex support?)

Hi all,

I would like to be able to negate a filter such that it hides matching processes (ala - in google or ^ in regex) but I can't find a way to do so. Specifically, I run multiple instances of htop and those instances show prominently in each other when sorting by CPU, so I'd like to hide them.

No doubt it's very out of date, but I did see this PR from a while ago: https://github.com/hishamhm/htop/pull/428
