Is there a way to make this work for attached folders in Rider?

For standalone JS projects, I use Webstorm, and this plugin works great. But when co-developing a backend/frontend in Rider, the foldable project settings do not seem to apply to attached folders (Solution -> Add Existing Folder), which I often do so I can access the frontend app in its own isolated folder as it is typically not part of a .NET project in the solution.
