Mark the plugin compatible for EAP 2022.1

The plugin is currently not compatible with the new EAP 2022.1 as it requires an earlier build. As far as I can see nothing has changed in the way plugins work so marking it as compatible should be enough.

I wish there were easy step-by-step instructions on how to build the plugin locally, after bumping the supported version.

You don't need to rebuild it. Just modify the file inside the jar. Works fine except for the configuration window because it had changes in the version.

I can confirm this plugin is still compatible as of 2022.2.1 (release). Perhaps this can be closed? I am not sure because I am not running any EAP products.
