Personal weather settings were a thing in the old essentials command plugin for bukkit back in 1.7, and should be a planned feature for this plugin, as well. Some players experience extra lag when it is raining, and a personal weather control command would help their playing experience improve greatly.

Players could enter /pweather [rain,storm,clear] and get their specified weather. If a player prefers to have rain, they can set it to rain. If a player is lagging because of rain, they can set it to clear.
