[功能改进]: 针对动漫的订阅，会因为年份无法识别啊搜索资源失败

功能改进

用高级搜索不填年份就能有结果，填了就没有，我猜测应该是订阅强制要求年份，而动漫bt站(比如dmhy)不包含年份或者年份无法被nastool识别到，导致无结果
