[bug]: Buggy focus of creatable Multiselect on usage with modal

Describe the bug

I'm using the creatable multiselect component in a form which opens in a modal. On trying to navigate using keyboard, the component gets the focus correctly but after that the dialog is getting selected. Expected behavior is for the focus to go to next component.
