Several repositories say that "Page does not exist"

Here's a few of them that are valid repositories but issue stats say they don't exist:

kentprimrose/12env meza/AAO-js amoa400/aa-mysql

and a lot more.. why are these not returning any stats? Thanks

I would like to understand if these pages get queued or if they are simply discarded. Also why does this happen in first place? Is it because of api rate limits?
