Wikidata now requires an http user agent for access. See: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/User-Agent_policy

Partially resolved, although it requires using SPARQLWrapperWithAgent and SlurpyGraphWithAgent wrapper classes. Have an issue request in for SlurpyGraph but need to decide where to go w/ SPARQLWrapper.
