Make "now" stand out more in transactions lists

This is a usability feature request.

In transactions lists with many future transactions, it is slow to find "now" (i.e. when the past transactions end and the planned ones start). I think that "now" is an important concept to read the table. Could you add in the table an empty coloured line to mark "now" so that it stands out?
