Indication of note presence in tables
Notes for transactions are a great help, but the only way to know if one has been entered is to go to the screen.
I'm not suggesting they are included in reports, but what about a column with a flag (or similar icon, maybe an asterisk) to indicate when notes are present?
Is there a reason an optional notes column shouldn't be added? My notes are usually quite short (for budgets at least) but pretty important if I need to change the budget. A proper notes column (not just an icon) at least in the budget view would be very useful.
For each account there's a note field, however, you're not told whether an account has a note attached or not. It would be fabulous to see a little icon next to the respective account, which either shows the note field upon hoovering over it or allows to open the note field upon clicking on the icon. If that's too complex, a simple icon that reminds us that a note is attached to the account would be appreciated. For example for loans, I like to enter the effective interest rate p.a. in the note field.
