maven package has missing headers in the manifest

As hsluv (version 0.2) is a transitive dependency of smack, a library we use in openHAB, I tried to add it as a direct dependency. Since openHAB relies on Karaf and Maven, it requires proper OSGi metadata in the JAR manifest for Karaf’s feature verification to succeed. Unfortunately, the current manifest of the hsluv JAR lacks the necessary information.

Would it be possible for someone to update the manifest to include the required OSGi headers?
