Hello. Here is no FMA SIMD intrinsic for Rust?

Back in March I experimented on FMA support. My results are in my fork. You need atleast rustc 1.17 because support for FMA was enabled also in March. My fork is outdated and needs more testcase for FMA but with some work it can be integrated back.
