ability to access the application attributes

Currently I think its not worth adding application attribute map to ApkMeta, since not every one care about it , and you can get those via parsing manifest xml.

@caoqianli this is something that is used in one of our applications. Since the change was required, I had done by forking, If you are interested, you can take it.
