The Performance Doesn't Exceed %37

Thanks for sharing the code with the community. Using exact suggested parameters, running on CIFAR100, the top-1 accuracy doesn't exceed %37 while the paper is claiming at least %57 performance on this dataset. I ran the code more than one time but each time it was %37 which is far lower than %57. What do you think the problem might be?
