Unable to set Host

When I try to set the host, I get the following error message:

If you open a document with the .es extension, then you can right click (I assume in Windows) or two finger click in the document on a mac, then open the `Command Palette'.
When you get that open, you can type the ES or Elastic it will say set host, hit enter and then put your new ip for Elastic in. That should then point you to your elastic instance. You can set the host per document. Hope that helps.

When I first open a .es file, it asks me to set the host information. However, how can I change the host setting later on?
