Cannot upgrade poke-env

I installed poke-env in virtual environment using pip, and I saw some files in your project was changed such as player/openai_api.py -> player/gymnasium_api.py. I have tried to upgrade them but it doesn't work. I don't know if it is about the version or not because the new version is 0.8.3 and the old version is also 0.8.3 so it thinks that poke-env is already up to date. I tried reinstall all the packages in .venv and it still didn't work.

Which version of python are you running?
