Team in TeamBuilder Example Outdated

This is a really minor issue, but the team in the teambuilder example uses Cinderace and Kings Rock, which are banned in gen8ou.

You could change the example to use Anything Goes format so that you do not have to worry about updating the examples. The issue is really minor, but I just wanted to document it.

Hello! I would like to contribute. I went ahead and made the minor change in the custom_teambuilder.py file to accomodate this minor issue.
