How the heatmaps in the paper are produced?

I have some minor questions. It seems that the heatmaps you show in the paper are post-processed. First, the heatmaps you show are only part of the slide rather than the whole WSI. Second, do you get the heatmaps by a threshold to suppress the background normal tissue patch and highlight the tumor patch?

Could you please elaborate on it in detail and release related code?
