Hello, Whether this great lib support disableAutoFetch and Rendering Piecewise Loaded PDF Files.

I have got into troubles on iPhone when render some very large size pdf file （dozens of MB，40M, 50M, 100M） .

Safari looks like it's out of memory. And It will auto refresh the page when request and render my pdf source.
