How to change the height of bottom sheet when user scrolls the UITableView/UICollectionView inside bottom sheet ?

I want to know If I'm able to change gradually the height of the bottom sheet when user scrolls the UITableView inside the bottom sheet and after I the bottom sheet covers the whole screen, the table view will be free to scroll up and down ??
