Wired game controller not able to map on my android tablet.
Anyone know of any fixes for wired game controller not being able to map on a tablet? I only have this issue with my tablet. Controller works fine on my android cell phones. Analog joystick won't map. Joystick will scroll up and down the mapper, but won't map on any game. Using OTG USB. Controller has 2 settings. Xbox and virtual. Neither can be programmed. I've tried removing all accessability features, a few keyboard mappers, copying mapped settings to plugin, updated PPSSPP, and flipping tablet upside down. Nothing. Bluetooth game controllers will work. Just wired won't which of course is the one I want to work. Thanks.
Really don't know, sorry - what you describe should have worked :(
Just curious, what tablet is it exactly?

Quick Fixes to Try Right Now: 1. Change Controller Mode: Switch your controller from "Xbox" mode to "Virtual" mode 2. Increase Analog Deadzone: In PPSSPP → Settings → Controls → Calibrate analog stick, set deadzone to 0.20+ 3. Enable Combo Mappings: Settings → Controls → Check "Allow combo mappings" 4. Clear All Mappings: Settings → Controls → Clear All → Then manually remap everything 5. Try Autoconfigure: Settings → Controls → Autoconfigure for device Tablet-Specific Solutions: 1. Developer Options: Enable "USB OTG" and "External USB Access" in Developer Options 2. USB OTG Cable: Try a powered USB OTG hub or different USB cable 3. Controller Reset: Hard reset both controller and tablet, then reconnect 4. Alternative Mapping: Use Digital D-pad instead of analog stick mapping
