Add Quick Toggle for Gyroscope/Tilt on Android Overlay

Currently, enabling or disabling the gyroscope/tilt controls in PPSSPP on Android requires navigating deep into the settings menu. It would be very useful to have a quick toggle button directly on the on-screen overlay (similar to how some N64 or Dolphin emulators allow fast toggling of motion controls).

Why it matters:

Saves time when switching between traditional controls and tilt-based aiming/driving.

Improves usability, especially on mobile where navigating menus frequently interrupts gameplay.

Feature already exists conceptually (the emulator can enable/disable tilt), it just needs a shortcut.

Suggestion:

Add a customizable overlay button that toggles gyroscope/tilt input ON/OFF.

Alternatively, allow binding the toggle to a physical button or gesture.

This would be a small but very practical quality-of-life improvement for Android users.
