On my Linux System, ppsspp does not read input from certain buttons. In particular R2, Circle, Start and Select. All other buttons work. Reproduced with multiple controllers, underlying SDL or other library suspected to be the cause, but unsure.

What should happen

The game should bind the buttons I select.
