Should clear up the UI for "change memstick directory" on Windows

This was requested by Ego_Bizarro on Discord, referring to the fact that we have this feature on Android.

EDIT: We do have the feature on Windows, it's just confusingly named, see below.

Thanks for opening this. These days more and more people set up save syncing between several devices and for that end I personally try to collect all emu save folders into one directory. Also easier to back it all up that way.

Actually we do support it, with the rather confusingly named "Save path in installed.txt" option. Thanks @unknownbrackets for the reminder.

The name of the option describes how it works rather than how the user understands it.

We should rename it to "Memory stick path" or something, and maybe add an option to automatically move the data like on Android.

I think I added it on Android as "Memory Stick folder" with the current path displayed, which might make sense for PC. I guess it has a separate option to save to My Documents explicitly as well, so I suppose that could be a separate button.
