It's kind of a duplicate of #1755, we just don't have MP4 support, it's not limited to a game/app X or Y, but all that have mp4, which is not that many actually.

Now , I think that sceMpegAvcResourceGetAvcEsBuf allocate memory is for sceMp4 data buffer AI give me sceMpegAvcResourceAddr = 0x08810000; better
Now I know scePspNpDrm_user.cpp of sceNpDrmEdataSetupKey() doesn't check encrypted before process.
After all changes, I still don't understand that sceMp4 callback read wrong buffer data
