According to this https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/issues/15814 it worked on arm64 linux too arm64 libretro core also worked according to this https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/issues/14742

I am not sure this will be possible for 16.04 as it is now outdated and I don't see Redmi Note 8 Pro listed anymore.

The first step to get PPSSPP to ubports will be to package it using clickable.
